We select suppliers based on material performance and consistency — not the lowest price. For carbon composite and fiberglass materials, batch-to-batch stability is our first priority. We maintain long-term partnerships with verified suppliers who meet our quality standards.

Materials are inspected by risk level, with functional defects 100% rejected. Our incoming inspection covers dimensional accuracy, surface quality, mechanical properties, and chemical composition when required.

Operator self-checks, in-process quality inspections, workshop audits, and finished product sampling work together to prevent defects during production.

For every new product and first production unit, sales, engineering, production, QC, and top management review the product together — ensuring that all specifications, appearance, and functional requirements are met before mass production begins.

We don't test products at average conditions — all tests at extreme limits: wind load simulation, cyclic fatigue, UV accelerated aging, salt spray corrosion, and bonding strength. Products that pass these tests perform reliably in the real world.

Key products and complaint-related orders are tracked in our ERP system with full production traceability. Root cause analysis is conducted for every complaint, and corrective actions are implemented and verified.

Our products are regularly tested to comply with: EU REACH, California Proposition 65. Because quality also means safety and responsibility.
