Artwork Requirements for Custom Flags & Banners
Follow these guidelines to ensure professional print quality on every order.
If You Make the Design
- Set up at the scale of the supplied template
- Use Illustrator CS or supply as High Resolution PDF
- For color matching: supply Pantone / CMYK reference or printed sample
- Important Keep text/logo 3cm from the printing edge
- Outline ALL fonts before submitting artwork
- Sleeve are black by default — specify if you need other colors
If You Want Us to Design
- Provide editable vector file with layers — AI / PDF format
- For photographic images: PNG at 100dpi minimum at actual print size
- Files below 100dpi will appear blurry when printed
Illustrator Guidelines
- Save as CMYK / PANTONE at final size / full size
- Outline all fonts
- Turn off all Overprints, supply all Links and flatten Transparency
- High Res PDF: do NOT compress — supply with bleed and crop marks
Photoshop Guidelines
- Supply a low resolution PDF for visual reference
- Note Text/logo in Photoshop will NOT be vectored — slight pixelation at full size
- Supply layered PSD or JPEG at 100dpi minimum

Product Q1: What products do you offer?

Product Q15: Are flag poles interchangeable between different banners?
Most of our flag poles are designed to support one single sized banner. To cover different banner sizes you would need to order additional poles. Contact us for compatibility information.
Product Q16: What is the difference between your flag base options?
Our base options are designed for different usage conditions and display environments. Weight, size, and material vary to suit indoor vs outdoor, soft ground vs hard surface scenarios.
Product Q17: Can I purchase flagpole or flag stand base hardware separately?
Yes. You can order separately, but need to check and confirm that what we make will match what you have. We also accept customization in different sizes.
Product Q18: Are your products easy to install and remove?
Our products can be installed in minutes, with no more than 2 people required for larger products. Installation instructions, removal guides, and videos are available for assistance.

Order Q5: Do I order from your distributors or from you directly?
We work with most top flag manufacturers worldwide. If they have suitable stock you can order from distributors directly. Otherwise feel free to contact us and place an order.
Order Q6: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For most standard products, there is no minimum order quantity. However, the price is based on quantity — the more you order, the more favorable the price.
Order Q7: What's the sample cost and production time?
We supply free samples with freight collect for flag printing companies and sign display wholesalers. For standard size and standard packing, samples can be shipped within 3 days after confirmation.

Order Q9: What payment terms do you mostly accept?
Usually T/T 30% deposit and balance upon copy of B/L. Small value orders by Western Union or PayPal.

That depends on your target segment. Professional brands prioritize reliability, while budget markets focus on price. Which segment do you want to dominate?
Order Q11: How can I order from your overseas warehouse?
Please contact us to check the item and quantity available first, then we will draft an invoice and instruct our overseas warehouse to pack the order for pickup within 2–3 days after payment is received.

We can ship to over 220 countries and regions worldwide via sea/air freight or air express delivery (DHL / FedEx / UPS).

We have distributors in USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, England, Portugal, Spain, Germany, France, Poland, Hungary, Slovak, Sweden, Italy, Korea, South Africa, and more. There are warehouses in the US and Portugal.
Shipping Q12: FOB quote — which ports can you ship from?
As the nearest international port, Qingdao port is most convenient for us. If you want to consolidate cargo with other suppliers in Shanghai or Ningbo, we are happy to assist.
Shipping Q13: What is the lead time?
This depends on the products ordered and quantities. For standard products: ~3–5 working days for 100–200 pcs, 7–10 business days for 300–500 pcs, and 15–20 days for 1,000–2,000 pcs. Our sales team will confirm the dispatch date with your offer.
Quality Q14: How long is your warranty?
We offer a 3-year warranty on our banner poles, which normally last anywhere between 3 to 10 years.
Quality Q19: Why are your custom outdoor flagstands priced higher than aluminium?
Yes, but we focus on total costs. With lower duties and fewer returns, the total cost is often lower. Our quality ensures durability and reliability — features your clients prefer.
